Governance

Queen Ventures is a Delaware unincorporated nonprofit association. Under its signed bylaws, the association is managed by Rahman "Roc" Amen, Manager and Authorized Representative, and Queen Amen, Manager and Authorized Signatory.

The association does not maintain a corporate board of directors. References to a founder, Executive Director, or board are not used as public governance claims unless supported by current, formally adopted records.

Financial stewardship
