Impact and Accountability

Our current baseline

Queen Ventures is in a program-development stage. We are not publishing participant counts, completion rates, housing placements, salaries, property values, or job-placement figures because verified program outcome data is not yet available for public reporting.

Being transparent about that baseline is part of our commitment to accurate communications. Future reports will distinguish people who request information from people who enroll, participate, complete a program, or achieve a documented outcome.

Measures we intend to track

• Interest, eligibility screening, enrollment, and program completion
• Housing-stability plans completed and referrals successfully connected
• Financial-capability learning goals and participant-reported confidence
• Career-readiness milestones such as résumés, interviews, and training completion
• Employment or education outcomes only when documented and reported with an appropriate time period
• Participant feedback, complaints, safety concerns, and program improvements

How reporting will work

Queen Ventures intends to publish dated summaries that explain the reporting period, definitions, data source, limitations, and whether figures are actual results or future targets. Personally identifying participant information will not be published without appropriate authorization.
