One consistent public identity

Queen Ventures is standardizing its public information around the legal name shown on its IRS determination letter: Queen Ventures. The organization uses EIN 33-2444800, the mailing address 8 The Green, Dover, Delaware 19901, and info@queenventures.org throughout this website.

Manager-led governance

Queen Ventures is a Delaware unincorporated nonprofit association. Its signed bylaws identify Rahman "Roc" Amen and Queen Amen as Managers and state that the association does not maintain a corporate board of directors.

The website has been updated to remove unsupported or conflicting references to a founder, Executive Director, corporate board, commercial product, property portfolio, salaries, and guaranteed participant outcomes.

Reporting commitments

Queen Ventures will distinguish verified results from goals, plans, and program concepts. Public impact reporting will include a reporting period, definitions, limitations, and a source for each material figure. Draft or unsigned financial documents will not be described as audited statements.
